The promises made by ANILCA have been broken and continue to be broken by federal agencies. In July 1999 the Alaska Miners Association (AMA) began a project that we are calling "d(2) Part 2, Alaska Lands, Promises Broken." This project culminated on December 2, 2000, the 20th anniversary of ANILCA with the publication of the book "(d2), Part 2."
